7 Tips for your Insomnia Problem

I think we all are agree that Insomnia is a really annoying thing if that happens everyday in our night. Lying in the bed all night, don’t know what’ve to do and the night will seem very long than usual. What a pain!? And of course, it will more sucks if our day become a mess just because of it. here are some tips that might help you sleep more easily :
  1. Choosing snack before we sleep, The combination of carbohidrates that contain trytophan, such as a bowl of cereal with non fat milk, will make us sleep better, rather than just consume only one type of food. Carbohydrates will help to release chemicals in the blood that cause sleep disturbance, and will convey signals to the brain that your body is ready to rest
  2. Eat Cherry, At night, try to eat some cherry fruit. The expert found that cherry jam has the same function with melatonin, a hormone released by the body that will keep sleep patterns.
  3. Grave seafood night, Dinner with seafood, like fish, can create additional sleeping soundly. Cod, tuna, snapper, halibut and shrimp, contain trytophan which very good to help you sleep soundly. Amount proportional to the turkeys.
  4. Avoid consumption of chili. Go away from chili if you want to go to bed. Because eating spicy foods before bed can increase body temperature and prevent you from sleeping, also increase heart rate.
  5. Do not eat Chinese food. Chinese food, canned vegetables, soup and other fast-food, famous for using lots of seasoning (MSG). MSG can cause headaches and insomnia for most people. Check the labels used on packaging of canned food if you eat them at night.
  6. Choose tea than coffee. Caffeine is known as a substance that helps us to stay awake, and coffee contains a lot of caffeine. Replace this drink with a cup of tea. Tea contains only half the caffeine of coffee. Tea also helps us release stress. If you cannot stand black tea, try replace it with green tea or white tea. That two types of tea has many benefits for our body.
